A roof condition survey was completed in 2003. The report recommended svarious roof repairs to include: Deteriorated and broken slate to be replaced with new slate, of similar size, color and grade; Worn and deteriorated copper gutters and downspouts to be replaced with new copper gutters and downspouts; New snow guards to also installed over certain building entrances; Masonry repairs to chimney.
