Plaza Repairs at UMASS Alumni Library

| Project Scope: |
The purpose of the investigation was to provide the building owners with an understanding
of the existing condition of the plaza waterproofing and masonry components. Recommendations
for repairs with associated construction cost estimates were established. Design documents
were completed in early-2002 and repairs were completed in mid-2002.
