| Project Scope: |
The purpose of the investigation was to provide the building owners with an understanding
of the existing condition of the façade areas as well as identify any life-safety issues.
Significant masonry and structural deficiencies were noted. Recommendations for repairs
and maintenance, with associated construction cost estimates were established, including
both short-term and long-term work items, with priorities as deemed to be appropriate.
