Roof Replacement Projects at Starwood Hotels

Starwood Hotels - We've been providing designer services for roof renovation projects
since 1999 for various Sheraton Hotels owned by Starwood (Boston, Newton, Braintree, Needham,
Lexington, Wakefield, Framingham, Hyannis, and Nashua, NH). Approximately 500,000
square feet of roof area has been evaluated, which includes built-up roofing, standing
seam metal roofing, and shingle roofing systems. We've provided design, bidding and construction
period services utilizing PVC and shingle roofing systems and coating (rust inhibitor)
of standing seam metal roofing.
