Façade Projects at Starwood Hotels
| Project Scope: |
Starwood Hotels - We have provided designer services for façade renovation
projects for the Sheraton Newton Hotel (Newton, MA) and the Sheraton Colonial Hotel
(Wakefield, MA). The work included repairs to deteriorated and spalled concrete,
metal panel replacement, EIFS installation, window replacement, and repairs to
deteriorated CMU walls. Our services included in investigation, design, bidding
and construction period.
