Building Envelope Repairs

| Project Scope: |
The project consisted of masonry, EIFS and sealant repairs at a suburban Portland office
building. Deteriorated masonry was repaired, sealant joints were replaced, and EIFS areas
were cleaned and coated with a breathable coating to extend the life of the wall system.
The project was completed in 2004.
