Sealant Replacement and Flashing Repair at
Regency Apartments, New Bedford, Massachusetts
| Project Scope: |
Flashing and sealant work was completed in conjunction with roof replacement. Sections of the
building façade were susceptible to water infiltration. Some of the existing sealant joints
were deteriorated, and areas of base wall flashing were damaged. Flashing heights were raised
to meet current Massachusetts Code requirements. Additional masonry wall deficiencies are
currently being investigated by Russo Barr Associates.
