Work was performed at four sites. Shingle replacement at 50 buildings - removal of the existing roofing system including shingles, underlayment, perimeter metal, deteriorated wood decking, deteriorated wood fascia, rake and trim boards down to the structural plywood deck. Installation of new 3 tab, 30-year shingles, felt underlayment, ice and water barrier. Installation of new continuous ridge and soffit venting, edge metal, step flashings, vent pipe flashings, gutters and downspouts. Flat roof replacement at three buildings - new EPDM roofing system, complete with flat and tapered insulation, new rood drains, and new edge metal. Work commenced in April 2004 and was comleted in September 2004.
