| Project Scope: |
The project consisted of an investigation of on-going leaks in masonry and EIFS wall areas and
fully adhered roof areas at a recently completed luxury apartment building. Defects in masonry
throughwall flashings, the EIFS waterproofing system, window pan flashings and curtainwall
window areas were discovered. Repairs include the installation of throughwall flashing end
dams, and proper flashing systems within the curtainwall areas and the EIFS wall
system. |
