Roof Replacement at Various Middleborough Schools

| Project Scope: |
The project consisted of replacing approx. 121,000 SF of roofing at two schools. The existing
ballasted and fully adhered EPDM roofing systems were replaced with adhered EPDM and BUR
roofing systems, complete with tapered insulation, new roof drains, roof deck repairs,
above roof line masonry repairs and edge metal. Work was completed in 2003 & 2005.
