Roof Repairs at Memorial Library

| Project Scope: |
The project scope included slate roofing repairs. Deteriorated and broken slate were
replaced with new slate, of similar size, color and grade. Ice and water barrier membrane
was installed to the wood deck at eaves and valleys. Worn and deteriorated gutters and
downspouts were replaced with gutters and downspouts. New copper valleys were installed.
New copper flashings were installed. New snow guard systems were also installed. Work
was completed in 2005. |
