Roof Replacement at Medford High School
| Project Scope: |
Remove and replace approximately 250,000 SF of EPDM roofing.
The project was completed in two phases starting in September 2001 and was completed in February 2002. The project consisted of complete removal and legal disposal of the existing EPDM roofing systems including tapered roof insulation, membrane, flashings, metal flashings, deteriorated wood blocking, pitch pockets, and roof drain assemblies down to the structural deck. Furnishing and installing random repairs to the existing cementitious wood fiber deck and installation of an adhered .060 inch EPDM membrane including insulation, flashing, and roof drains. A Roof Maintenance Program was provided to assure the installation would be properly maintained.
