Roof Replacement at the Marketplace

| Project Scope: |
Replace approximately 38,325 SF of roofing. Remove the existing roofing system
(EPDM and built-up roofing (BUR) system including gravel surfacing, roof insulation,
membrane, flashings, metal flashings, deteriorated wood blocking and deteriorated steel
decking, pitch pockets, abandonded penetrations, and roof drain assemblies down to
the structural steel deck) and install 2.5 inches of polyisocyanurate insulation
(mechanically fastened) and adhered .060 inch EPDM membrane roofing system. The
project also included the removal and replacement of existing skylights. Work was
completed in Summer 2002.
