Window Replacement at Harwich Manor Housing Development

| Project Scope: |
Scope included removing existing wood windows and installation of new energy efficient
vinyl windows.
Existing wood windows were deteriorated, difficult to operate, and susceptible to water
and air infiltration. Existing wood sills and trim were splintered and broken at some areas.
New vinyl windows specified and installed were double hung with half screens. Existing
exterior trim was removed and replaced with new PVC trim. Work was completed in 2004.
