Window Replacement at
Fox Hall, UMASS Lowell
| Project Scope: |
Remove existing metal frame windows and install new energy efficient aluminum windows,
blinds, and sealant.
The existing window system was very susceptible to air and water infiltration, and were
difficult to operate. Almost all of the existing screens were damaged or missing. This
project included the removal and proper disposal of existing windows, shades, sealants and
caulking, and installation of new aluminum windows, shades, sealants and caulking. Work was
completed in two phases during 2001 & 2002.
