Roof Replacement at Kmart Distribution Center
Billerica, MA
| Project Scope: |
Replace approximately 600,000 SF of roofing. Remove the existing roofing system
(consisting of a ballasted EPDM roofing system installed over a steel deck). Replacement
of deteriorated and rusted steel deck and installed 2.7" of Polyisocyanurate insulation
(loose laid) and new .045" EPDM roof membrane. Work was completed in Spring 2002.
