ENTRY LEVEL ENGINEERS
PROJECT MANAGERS -
Building Envelope Specialists - Five plus years' experience and a strong resume in the evaluation and design of exterior building envelope systems (roofs, walls, windows, glazings), with emphasis on roofing technology. B.S. Civil or Structural Engineering and an E.I.T. (P.E. preferred) or Registered Architect. Candidates must have an understanding of state and local regulations and codes.
ENTRY LEVEL ENGINEERS -
B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering with E.I.T. Experience in construction trades, roofing, and waterproofing ideal. Excellent computer/AutoCAD skills. Perform field investigations, engineering analyses and lab testing. Prepare construction documents including specifications and drawings of building envelope systems (roofs, walls, windows). Participate in construction period services including project monitoring.
CAD DRAFTERS -
Two to four years' experience using AutoCAD 2000 to prepare and complete detailed drawings for roof, wall, window and glazing rehabilitation projects. May be required to conduct field observations of construction operations, compile data and submit written reports. Must be skilled at working in a network environment.
CONSTRUCTION MONITORS -- Spring/Summer -
Perform on-site inspections of commercial/institutional roofing applications. Minimum of three years' construction experience and familiarity with roofing procedures. Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications and provide well-written reports. Retirees encouraged to apply.
