Roof Replacement and Structural Repairs

| Project Scope: |
The project consisted of removing the existing roofing systems down to the structural roof
decking; repairs to roof framing, included reinforcing existing steel trusses, painting all
exposed steel, and installation of new structural steel decking; the installation of new
adhered 60 mil EPDM roofing system with new insulation, roof drains, edge metal, flashings.
A new acoustical suspended ceiling was also installed . The project was completed at a contract
price of $450,000.
