    Roof Replacement at the Claypit Hill Elementary School
    Wayland, Massachusetts


    Project Scope: The project consisted of replacing existing BUR and EPDM roofing systems with a new fully adhered PVC roof system. Included were structural deck and masonry wall repairs. The project was completed at a contract price of $697,000.
