Replace approximately 107,300 square feet of roofing. Remove the existing roofing systems (consisting of a polyisobutylene (PIB) roof membrane mechanically attached to a tapered lightweight concrete with integral expanded polystyrene (EPS) filler over the original built-up roofing system) and install an adhered PVC roofing system, complete with tapered insulation to provide adequate drainage.

Included were repairs to deteriorated concrete deck, repainting of existing rooftop ladders, and replacement of damaged skylights. Work was completed in two phases; Summer 2003 and Summer 2004.
