| Project Scope: |
The project consisted of the investigation and repair of deteriorated masonry, architectural
precast, and structural steel at this Dedham school building. Repairs include repointing the
entire structure, repairing deteriorated concrete and replacing deteriorated steel lintels .
The project was completed at a project cost of $270,000.
