Roof Repairs at Butler Elementary School
Belmont, Massachusetts
| Project Scope: |
The project consisted of significant roof repairs. Deteriorated and broken slate were replaced
with new slate, of similar size, color and grade. Worn and deteriorated copper gutters and
downspouts were replaced with new copper gutters and downspouts. New snow guards were also
installed over certain building entrances . The project was completed at a contract price
of $125,000.
