Remove the existing roofing systems (consisting of a mechanically attached hypalon roofing membrane with insulation mechanically attached to a steel deck and a multi-ply built-up roofing system with two layers of perlite insulation asphalt attached to a steel deck) and install insulation as required, recovery board and 4 ply built-up roofing system, complete with a protective cold process flood coat and aggregate surfacing.

Repairs include repairs to deteriorated steel deck, repointing of masonry brick, and removal and replacement of deteriorated plywood.
