Roof Repairs at Town Hall, Town Hall Annex, and School Administration Building

| Project Scope: |
The project scope included extensive slate roofing repairs to these historic buildings.
Deteriorated and broken slate were replaced with new slate, of similar size, color and
grade. Ice and water barrier membrane was installed to the wood deck at eaves and
valleys. Worn and deteriorated copper gutters and downspouts were replaced with new
copper gutters and downspouts. New copper ridge caps were installed. New lead coated copper
flashings were installed at the intersecting rising masonry walls, chimneys, and cupola.
New snow guard systems were also installed. The project was completed at a contract price
of $150,000.
