Roof Repairs at Skating Rink

A roof condition survey was performed on this Town owned skating rink in February 2004.
The sloped standing seam metal roofing system was found to be exhibiting various degrees
of deterioration to the panels, seams, fasteners, and flashings. Various repair options
were recommended that included replacement of fasteners, reinforcing of the seams,
repairs to the flashings and re-coating. The Town is currently reviewing the report.
