Roof Replacement at 60 Babcock Street
Brookline, MA
| Project Scope: |
Replaced approximately 8,000 SF of roofing. Removal of the existing roofing system
(consisting of an adhered EPDM roof membrane with insulation installed over a concrete
deck) and install an adhered .060 inch reinforced PVC membrane roofing system, complete
with flat and tapered insulation (mechanically attached), new roof drains, edge metal,
above roof line masonry repairs. Work was completed in Spring 2004.
