Roof Replacement at 695 Atlantic Avenue

| Project Scope: |
Replace approximately 19,000 SF of roofing. Remove the existing roofing system
(consisting of a mixture of ballasted and adhered EPDM roof membranes with insulation
installed over various deck types - steel, concrete, and wood) and install an
adhered .060 inch reinforced PVC membrane roofing system, complete with flat and
tapered insulation (mechanically attached), new roof drains, edge metal, above roof
line masonry repairs. Project consisted of work performed on three different roof
levels and in two different phases. Work was completed in Spring 2004.
